Shipping Costs

Shipping is FREE for all retail orders over $99 placed on this online store.

Standard Shipping is $9.95 flat rate across Australia for all orders under $99. We deliver to PO BOXES through Australia Post.

Shipping Methods

Royal Purple ships all online orders via Australia Post, or through Go Logistics for all Sydney orders.

Orders to PO BOXES in Sydney will also be sent via Australia Post.

Shipping Times

Royal Purple is located in North Rocks (Western Sydney) and we ship twice daily from our dedicated warehouse (Monday-Friday, excluding Public Holidays).

MORNING SYDNEY COURIER PICKUP: Place your order online before 9.30AM Sydney time to guarantee it gets on the courier by 10.30AM.

AFTERNOON SYDNEY COURIER PICKUP: Place your order online before 2.00PM Sydney time to guarantee it gets on the courier by 3.30PM.

All orders are sent by Go Logistics throughout NSW or Australia Post to all other locations.

When your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number.

International Orders

Sorry, we do not ship orders outside Australia.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times depend on your location from our Sydney warehouse, and whether you meet the morning or afternoon courier pickup deadlines.

Sydney customers may receive their order the same day if placed before 9.30AM, and even customers outside Sydney the next day in some cases.

In general though due to current COVID related shipping delays please allow 2-7 days for delivery for most other locales on the east of Australia and 5-10 days for our western customers.
